Billing confusion. I was told 1. That the $30 diagnostic fee would come off the bill. If replacing the rollers was $155 then 30 less would total $125. The tune up charge was 69. So the phone wuote was 59+125= $184 and 2. Was told that the tune up was $59 but was charged $69. I was billed $224.

Better communication from the office when the technician is running behind would be helpful. My technician showed up at 5pm. When they finally arrived, they were very professional and knowledgeable about garage doors. I would welcome them back in the future for maintenance or installation of a new door. However, I did not care for your office staff and they lack of customer service. Thank you.

I would like to take a second to recognize my technician Who provided the maintenance and upkeep on my door. He was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable in regard to his profession. The technicians who serviced my garage door were very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the components and maintenance required on our garage door and future practices that I can perform to increase the longevity of our door. They recommended additional services that were not required as a suggestion and not forced.

Mr. Marcos was very courteous from the time I answered the door until he departed. He answered all my questions and took time to explain every detail of my repair including options and maintenance recommendations. He worked fast and had my repair completed in less than an hour. Once again Sears came through for me and I remain a satisfied customer. I do intend to purchase a new garage door from Sears and I'll make a point of requesting Mr. Marcos for the install. The cost for a repair was excessive. I had gears replaced, tune up, and charge for the visit totaling to $255. I thought about getting a new opener at this cost, but the technichian only had a $400 opener on his truck. I know I have seen them on sears website for $250 to $300. Should give customers more options at time of services.

Mr. Bravo was extremely efficient; but to my surprise he took the time to explain the steps he was taking and the maintenance necessary to keep the new opener operating at its optimum performance capabilities. I would not hesitate to recommend him by name, to friends and/or neighbors, for any maintenance calls/services they may need.

The technician was, by far, the best at his job I have met in some time. His service was exceptional.
