The controls by my entry door do not work. The technician put in a request for a replacement part. The only thing that could be improved upon is giving the tech spare parts in case there's a piece that doesn't work when it's installed. It would save the techs time and keep the homeowner from having to lose more time at work while the replacement part is installed on another day. Very happy with every step of the process...the salesman and technician were both great. The technician explained everything about the door opener. He was very pleasant and helpful.
