Both the technician (Matt) and the person who contacted me by phone (Greg) were friendly and professional. When the garage door opener was first installed, wish they could have checked the front hang to make sure it was secure and could have avoided the second visit. I was quite worried the garage door opener would fall down and decided I could not use the garage until Eric Koepke showed up and he made very sure it was well attached.
