I called the sales rep after he sent me an email to confirm my order. The address was wrong and he said he would correct it.....He did NOT. The technician called me because he could not find my address, he told me the address, which was wrong because the sales rep did NOT correct it. I called my rep asking what time they tech would be here, when I called, a male answered the phone, did NOT say his name, I asked for Doug, he asked who was calling(this was 3 times) and after I told him, Doug was not even available.
