The only issue we experienced was the customer service rep not updating the contact information phone number, as I had provided on a few occasions. I made the initial consultation appointment on behalf of my parents. After the initial consult, I requested that they contact my Dad directly to coordinate installation and complete the rest of the service. This did not happen which made it difficult since I do not live at the house. Everything else was great. Thank you very much!
