The billing amount was incorrectly printed on my order brought by the Technician. I had confirmed 2 days before when setting up the service visit, that I would receive the promotion price. At the time of service, the bill did not reflect the correct amount. I had to call to have the bill corrected. Since I had paid with a credit card, the adjustment was easier to complete.
