the installers failed install color matching vinyl weatherproofing trim. The old dingy white trim was left although I purchased a sandstone colored door. I called your office on or about August 12th regarding this over sight. The men were to return on Thursday August 14th between 12 noon and 4 p.m. No one showed up. I am extremely disapointed.
