I have an OLD Sears garage door opener. Even though this technician was younger, he clearly knew exactly what the issues were. He educated me about how to get into the door when the electricity goes off, and demonstrated how to perform the necessary maintenance on the door (even doing it right on site!). The minor issue that needed attention was addressed saving me (a pensioner) hundreds. Jan Door told me I needed $250 in repairs! Sears continues to provide honest and solid service, not to mention great products (I bought the house 20 years ago and the door wasn't new then!). The BEST part was the integrity of the technician you sent.

When I filled in the paper work it said I was getting a 20% discount I didn't see any discount on the bill what is that a come on to get people to use your service that is not good for future business.
