The technician arrived within the 8:00 - 12:00 time slot. But when I called to make the appointment I asked if I could be one of the early appointments of that time slot and I was serviced closer to the end of the time slot. I didn't have any issues with the service technician, he was very professional and did a great job. I think there was miss-communication between the customer service representative and the service technician.
